my dr says I am alergic to bromelin it is in fruits and peppers, i get sore eyes, watery eyes, swollen tngue, sores on tongue, sore mouth, sores in throat, and feel weaknes. Can you list all the foods I need to avoid, I experience these symptoms with pinneapple...
