water allergy?

When i am in the sea i get red spots, each like an individual rash on my torso and back. this also happens when i am in the bath or shower or pool. when i was on holiday in spain i noticed that in the pool and shower i had no reaction but in the sea it was still the same. this has been happening for quite sometime now and is getting on my nerves 2 years or more. anyone know what this is or how to treat it? HELP!

 

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE OFFER ANY ADVICE thanks
