Hi Jack,
I am not sure what your concern is regarding milk. What happens when you drink milk or eat foods that are made with cow's milk? Negative skin test although very reliable, may still miss identifying milk allergy. Sometimes I follow a negative skin test with an order for a RAST (RadioAllergoSorbentAssay) IgE test to look for evidence of food allergy. The RAST test is a blood test. Neither the skin tests nor blood tests are 100% accurate.
Oral food (milk) challenge is on occasion done in our office to confirm tolerance or intolerance to milk or other suspected foods.
Your aspirin sensitivity and nasal polyps would be considered unrelated to your possible milk problem (unless nasal symptoms are triggered by milk consumption).
Some people are allergic to chocolate but tolerate milk. In order to elaborate on your situation I would need answers to a lot more questions about what happens to you when you eat these foods.
I hope this was helpful,
