Q: Is having a pimple looking thing all over my body an allergy?

 

Dear Doctors,

                 I have pimples looking things all over my body. In my neck, back, feet, hands, legs, arms, shoulders, and near my hips. It's pink and it itch. It starting to come out right after I took a shower yesterday. Is this an allergy? If it is, what is it called? Should I see my doctor for treatment? Will this allergy spread all over my body? If it's not an allergy, is it contagious? How? Please help!!!!! I'm really starting to worry. I'm scare if everyone at school will laugh at me. FrownCry Embarassed
