i've been taking zyrtec-d at night and sometimes regular zyrtec during the day. once or twice a day i have severe stomach cramps, feel the need for a bowel movement, but with little passage, and only time seems to cure the cramps. i'm a 49 year old male and these cramps are identical to what i suffered from zetia. is there a commonality that makes these cramps similar?
