I'm 15 weeks pregnant and have developed a rash aroung my middle?

It seems to be spreading to my arms and legs. I haven't eaten anything different, used a different detergent, any of the usual triggers for a usual rash. It does itch and the clusters are full of tiny, little bumps. The clusters seem to be growing together. My OBGYN wants me to see a dermatologist but I'm having trouble finding one in the area that takes my insurance and meanwhile going crazy itching!
