Q: Exercise Hives

If I get hives when I run on the treadmill, may I simply take benadryl or something like that and keep exercising?

I'd be surprised if exercise is truly the trigger for your skin problems. And I would never advise you to take medicine without finding out first what is going on in your body. So, I would strongly encourage you to get yourself checked out by a doctor. Once the doctor knows what's going on, then a treatmen plan can be developed that is right for you.
