Besides the obvious solutions that all web pages mention, such as grooming and washing the dogs regurlarly as well as keeping them out of the bedrooms, she should consider buying appliances with HEPA-filter. The most important is a vacuum cleaner with HEPA-filter, but we also bought an air-purifier with HEPA. It really helps a lot if you use it properly. Also avoid carpets and too many textiles in the house, they collect allergens.
Why does she HAVE to live with the pets?
