red rash white bumps

16 month old daughter gets red rash with white bumps within 30 minutes of waking from a nap or overnight. It shows up anywhere and goes away with Benadryl.

my daughter too get this kind of a rash very often. she has been diagnbosed with milk , wheat and peanut allergy.
however her rash seems to appear even if she has noe been exposed to the allergy generating products and goes away after 5-10 mins
i am still looking for further information on this.
the typical rashes i have researched about so far are with red bumps and not white ....
