Q: Heat Rash

Because of the weather recently is getting hotter here a have been geting a lot of heat rash and have the fan on me constantly when a am at home indoors. A recently scratched a heat rash on my breast and it came out in like a cut. (you know when u scratch and scratch and you make yourself bleed) a did this and a was wondering what a could do to prevent it and what a could put on it. Its quite sore when my tshirt touches it so a have been covering it with a sterile pad and some tape just so that a dont scratch it. A have been putting E45 and Oilatum on it just to keep to cool and see if this cream works to makeit heal but a am getting concerned because its sore and it rubs.

Any help?
