Hello. I am wondering does Eczema come out more when its hot weather. A havent had eczema for a while about a 6 months now and recently a had it in the folds of my arms, backs of my legs, and on my eyelids.   A use Oilatum on my legs and arms but i dont think i can use this on my eyes. Is…
