I have had a skin allergy for 2 weeks now that resulted in very itchy blister like bumps on my forearms and hands.  I dont know what caused it but have narrowed it down to either compost ( which I had plunged my bare hands and arms into) or brushing against giant hogweed ( when it was a  little plant).

The blisters react even more in the heat and sunllight are very itchy.  I have scratched a few of them and they of course are now infected.

I went to a chemist as it is easier to see them than a doctor and have been taking an antihistimine tablet but it leaves me feeling very drugged and unable to wake up.

Any advice out there?  I have made appt with my own doctor but can't see her for 1 week.
