There are many allergy medicines available over the counter and by prescription.

You should talk to your doctor about what may be appropriate for you to take.

Our nurse blogger, Kathleen MacNaughton, has written an article about determining what is the best allergy medicine for you.

You can read it for more insight and take the information you get, along with any questions you have, to your doctor.

Good luck!
