Q: Itch inner ears and throat.

I have been experiencing itchy inner ears for over six months now and it seems to be getting worse, when i first went to the doctor about it he kept telling me it was eczema in my ears, he gave me drops but that only made my ears really painful. Ive been back since and he cant see anything wrong in both my ears but now im coughing alot which seems to make the back of my throat and ears itch everytime i do, im also sneezing alot particularly after Ive eaten. does this sound like some kind of allergy? or perhaps food itolerance?

Note what you are eating.   Keep a list.   Try to eat your favorite foods individually and wait for a reaction.  I'll usually get the itchy ears within 5 to 10 minutes after my sensitive foods.  Take a rast test to see if your Doc can catch the obvious sensitivities.  You are not necessarily allergic you are sensitive to certain foods.  This is a difference of degree but is important to know regardless because even a sensitivity can take a toll on your overall health.   It will drag down your energy... our concentration and your overall drive.   Some people go a lifetime with these and just think it is normal.   It isn't.   And if your getting that itch inside your ears after every time you eat a certain food that is useful feedback.   Your inner ears are like the canary in the mine.  The sensitivity of the inner ears is heightened above other organs.   So listen and feel ... you're getting important information.   Read up on Food Sensitivity and OAS.... Oral Allergy Syndrome.   You'll get a part of your life back.
