Check your local yellow pages or Google 'Natural Foods'.  Hopefully there's at least a 'Mom & Pop' store in your area.  Often these folks are happy to special order items you might need.  When you have an opportunity to visit one of these stores, you'll find the items are labeled (for the most part) indicated they are free of allergens and then they will list them.   Allergies in general have become a big problem over time, take gluten intolerance for example.  Many natural food stores and 'conventional' grocers have sections with these items singled out.  You'll find this more often in the natural food stores than the regular grocery stores.   Consistently eating the same foods everyday (for example) is not a good idea.  If you need ideas for variety skim through the cooking magazines at the checkout or go to your local library.
