Hi Chris, Demazin syrup has Chlorpheniramine Maleate (antihistamine) and Phenylephrine (decongestant) in it. One of the other ingredients is ethanol (there is your alcohol). I don't know how much ethanol there is per volume but it is listed. Good Luck! J. Thompson. MD
