Q: Evaluations for allergic reactions and side effects to antibiotics

Over the years, I have developed numerous allergies and side effects to most antibiotics.  My most recent adverse effect was developing tendonitis from Levequin which was being used to treat cellulitis that I developed from a bee sting.   At this point, the only antibiotic I know I can take are tetracylines, such as doxcycline.  Is there any way that I can be evaluated to try to sort out my problems with these drugs?
