Hi Smiley,   I am concerned that you may be putting cream on your eye so much that you are worsening the condition. 10 times a day for Eucerin sounds a bit much. There are so many things that can cause skin problems, and the skin around your eyes is very delicate, so it doesn't take much to irritate it.   I would encourage you to make that appointment with your doctor. If you don't feel as though your doctor is taking you seriously, you do have the right to a second opinion. You might ask for a referral with a dermatologist (skin care specialist), since this is a recurrent problem.   It will be much easier for someone who has examined you and seen firsthand what's going on to advise you.   Good luck, Kathi
