I have this symptom since I was a child, and I am 49 now. I have lots of scars on my body from self inflicted wonds from too much scratching.

Yes, but no help for now. I used all over the counter cremes but none works for me.

Some people find that Zyrtec (allergy medicine sold over the counter) helps with itching, but without a diagnosis, I have no idea if that would work for you.
