What are avelox side effects?

I was recently prescribed Avelox for a lingering sinus infection. I had a sinus infection a month ago and had a z-pack. It worked, but now the sinus infection is back and I feel worse than before. I was prescribed Avelox for this. Can anyone tell me what their experience with Avelox has been like?
