Are these sinus or allergy Symptoms

For about a week and a half now I have been waking up with a headache a can take tylenol and it will go away I will be ok during the day but at night my nose gets all stopped up, my chest gets congested and when I wake up of the morning I have the headache, sneezing, a scratchy throat and I cough…
