My breasfed nine month old is allergic to dairy and soy. she broke out last night in what looks like hives on her face, chest back and the entire area her diaper covers. I ate eggs two days in a row and am considering this to be the issue. I'd like to see pictures of allergice reactions. She was diagnosed with dairy allergy  at 1-2months she had a sever rash on her face and spit up alot, with a lot of down right screaming and GI upset. Could the hives be an allergy to the eggs I consumed?

Yes, you can see photos of hives by clicking the blue underlined text.

There are also photos of contact dermatitis, which isn't exactly an allergic reaction, but it may look familiar.

As for a possible reaction to the eggs, you should ask your doctor right away. I don't know if those allergens pass through breast milk. There have been no studies showing that mothers getting allergy shots (where they are injected with small amounts of substances that cause their allergy symptoms) have passed on those allergens to their breastfeeding babies, according to AAAAI, but you'll must double-check with your doctor to get a clear recommednation.

An allergy is the immune system's over-reaction to a normally harmless substance called an allergen.
