I need help for doctoring for a severe itchy skin rash for over a year-

It is on my legs feet- arms and is now going to the shoulder-neck and back area. once diagnosed as sun and medicine reaction--however I have been to several dermatoligists with this problem--itching is horrible. Have been told by my last dermatoligist that she wants me to go to one at...
