Q: Is constipation a trigger for more allergic reactions, symptoms, and/or attacks include skin rashes?

I suffer from quite a bit of allergies (ie: in order of itchy nose/eyes, irritated nose, mostly congested + runny depends on the time of day & post nasal drip, clearing of throat). It usually harbors my anxiety condition when really bad. So, my main question is, since noticing I have constipation problems/ quite a bit of irregularity due to medication I am taking, can one suffering from both conditions or just the constipation problem inhibit the onset of allergic reactions and/or allergies from it, especially, including and not limited to skin conditions like for instance, psoriasis, red blotches, or just reddish dry patches on face mostly and skin. I heard that's due to toxins trying to get out of your body. I don't know. I would like a more elaborate or as close to professional answer as possible. Much appreciated for any and all information given on this topic.
