Q: Tightness with strong pressure in chest and mild caughing every July/August.

Strong chest pressure and tightness, mild caughing and a "cold sensitive" feeling in my top front teeth.  I have had these symptoms every year for the past four years. This shows up every July/August.  The first year I was checked for heart attack.  Everything was fine.  I was given Celebrex for inflamation and it seemed to work.  Why is it coming back every year at the same time?  I have no itchy eyes or sneezing to indicate pollen allergies.  I am a 39 year old construction worker and live in Salt Lake City, Utah.
