Q: What is there to eat??

Allergic: Whole wheat, whole egg, potato, dairy, seeds, all tree nuts, peanuts, fish, crab, oysters, yeast, pork, turkey, many vegetables and fruits and many others. The list of foods I can eat is far shorter than the former. I haven't gone to a nutritionist because I just don't see the point.

My RAST didn't indicate a beef allergy, so I've tried to eat it. I have very bad results every time.

I can eat:

Corn

Rice

Soy (on a limited basis)

Shrimp

Lobster (but not crab)

I take vitamins to try to get all I need, but I'm sure I'm coming up woefully short. My allergist isn't a whole lot of help. They like to give you lists of allergies, but stop there. I take many, many shots for all my other allergies, but there doesn't seem to be much they can do about foods.

I feel like giving up. Any suggestions?
