please tell me what I can do to know the cause of my allergic!!!!!

I have an allergic but I don't no the cause.It occurs almost everyday especially at night.It cover all of my skin and I just keep on itching my whole body.when the itching go away my skin swells.I sometimes take medicine without doctors prescription to get some relief.I am just afraid that...
