my sister is on allegra D and her BP is up. Can this medicine cause her BP to go up?

Yes! Any over the counter allergy/sinus med can cause you BP to go up. Your sister should not take any more over the counter meds without talking it over with her doctor first.The same thing happened to my husband and as soon as he stopped the OTC meds his BP went back down. Allergy meds can be VERY dangerous to people with high BP.
