Q: I have to interview someone with severe shellfish allergies for a college research paper. Would anyone mind answering some questions?
I have to interview someone who gets severe allergic reactions from shellfish for a research paper, but I don't personally know anyone to ask. Here are the questions I want to ask:
1. What shellfish are you allergic to?
2. How and when did you find out you were allergic to those shellfish?
3. What allergic reaction do you get? How long does it take for you to get an allergic reaction after you eat shellfish?
4. Have you talked to a doctor or allergist about it? What did they tell you?
5. Do you take anti-histamines for your allergy? Which ones? How often and when do you take them?
6. How does your medication work? Does it only work if you take it before you eat what you're allergic to?
7. Does anyone else in your family have a shellfish allergy?
8. Do you have any other allergies?
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this. If there's anything else you think is important for me to know that I haven't written a question for, please let me know. Thank you so much!
