P.S.  it is currently an epidemic in progress.  It first started in the nineties, died out in the early 2000 and then re-emerged this decade more resistant to previous strength medication.  It use to be 2% permethrin one time cure that would kill them in the nineties, but now it takes 5% permethrin applied a week later to even get close to getting rid of them....
