Could Singular cause anemia?

Hi Harold,
According to the Singulair website, anemia is not one of the known side effects. However, there is some mention of bleeding, which can cause anemia. But there can be many other causes of anemia too, so there's no reason to jump to conclusions about Singulair.
Your best bet is to talk with your doctor about your concerns. You have a right to get answers to your questions, but your doctor won't know you have them if you don't ask them.
