what could this red blotchy itchy rash on my legs and wrists be?

Three days ago I woke with red itchy bumps,some blotchy that form a line spred out only on my legs. and today I have a few bumps on my wrists. They are very itchy and burn.I have not been itching them and they seem to have spred slowy but more each day. I have not been on any…
