Food allergy,reflected by swelling of lips/tongue,itching palms/sole since 3years

Alopathy Dr adviced for Allergy by SKIN TEST.It indicated different items of food items to be avioded.I was asked to use' aqua soft' soap.
I have never faced prolonged illness, not responding to medication.The homely food 'purely vegetarian,evevn excluding onion, garlick,too much spices ' is also giving problem ,inspite of medl advice of skin/allergy spealist.
Homeopathy also does not help
