Hi Joey,   You don't offer any details on why you are looking for a Clarinex replacement, but Zyrtec is an over the counter antihistamine you may want to try, if you're having allergy symptoms. So is Claritin, which is very similar to Clarinex.   Other prescription allergy meds include Allegra and nasal steroid sprays like Nasonex, but they are likely going to be just as expensive.   An alternative might be a nasal rinse, such as the NetiPot. It uses saline (salt water) to rinse allergens and mucus from your nasal passages. You can even make your own, and many people get great results.   To your health, Kathi
