I am experiencing itching in my throat, ears, eyes and also skin.

The itching in my throat is constant.  All the rest is sporadic.  My skin is also sensitive to touch at times and get goosebumps.  This came on very suddenly and don't know what may have caused it.  Is this due to a food allergy or sinus allergy?
