Q: Does claritin affect somebody with tachycardia?

I have tachycardia and I am very limited on what I can take for my sinus issues exspecially congestion, etc. I can't take decongestants because of my tachycardia. The doctor said I was okay to take regular Claritin or Zyrtec. I am wondering if anthistimines like these affect tachycardia. Thanks
