Hi Chipper, Thank you for your question! In addition to the information provided above, it's important to mention that Allegra-D contains a second ingredient. Allegra-D contains pseudoephedrine, a decongestant, in addition to the antihistamine. Claritin also comes in a combination with the decongestant. Best of luck, Casey
