I have just found out that i am elergic to my cats, is there anything that would help my allergies.

THank you for your question. There are several medications on the market that may help to alleviate your allergies. There are over-the-counter medications, such as Claritin, Benadryl, and Zyrtec, and there are also several prescription medications avaialable. If neither the OTC nor the prescription medications work for you, there are allergy shots that you can get that will gradually help you to overcome your allergy.
