Allergies cause throat spasms while sleeping- does anything help?

Hi I'm allergic to pollen, ragweed, dust and most foods. While sleeping I get a thick post-nasal drip which causes throat spasms and wakes me up. I've tried the usual meds- nasal sprays, Claritin, Zyrtec, Xyzal and nothing works. Bendaryl works for a few hours but leaves me groggy. Any…
