How do I get relief from allergies associated with formaldehyde?

I get an extremely itchy and raised excema rash (mainly around eyebrows, in beard, and on hands) from coming in contact with formadehyde (as diagnosed by patch test in Sep-08). Not sure how to eliminate/control effectively - any help is appreciated.
