Have one stent and am on blood pressure meds for past 5 months have recently developed sensitivity/allergy to just about every hypertension med prescribed beta blocker,calcium channel blocker and now a small dose of Lisinopril 5 mg. (ace inhibitor) is causing rash,tingling in face lips difficulty swallowing doctors are baffled by this and so am I.

Multiple drug hypersensitivity is always frustrating for patients and doctors. It requires a board certified allergist to work with your doctors in identifying the right medication for you. This often takes more trial and error but the specialist will scrutinize the previous medications you have taken in order to identify a common additive or ingredient (if one is present). The last one you mentioned (Lisinopril- ace inhibitor) is known to cause facial swelling.
There are still other alternatives which should be carefully selected. I cannot specifically recommend a drug for you but a trained allergist involved with your case can.
If you already have an allergist discuss your concerns with her/him. There should be more to offer you.
