Concerned w/ bee sting

Bee sting is now swollen and with a red line

Friday got stung by a bee on the inside wrist. Saturday it is visibly swollen, red and with a red line half-way up my arm. Doesn't 'hurt' but itches a LOT. Have had stings in past; no issues. Should I be concerned? Don't know type of bee as it flew down my gardening glove. Thx
