what medication over the counter should i take for stuffed up nose and running also

for two days now i have had stuffed up nose and running nose also, I have used Fluticasone spray in both nostrils. it works for a very short minutes. then the nose feels stuffed up again and running also. what over the counter the medicine can you recommend. thank you summer
