Tons of Food Allergies

Topics:Tons of Food Allergies

I recently tested highly allergic to 75 + foods.  The only foods that I tested ok on are Chicken, Dairy, Salmon, Beef, Chocolate and Pork.  I can't seem to find other's with the same problem. Currently my Allergy Doctor is telling me that I need to go on a elimination/rotation diet and that I will need to eat some of the foods that I am allergic too in order to get a healthly balance diet. I have been chronicly sick since January.  I have another appointment with another Doctor for a second opinion in a few days.  I'm at a loss and looking for any advise.

Thanks

I also have tons of food allergies...for several years. Recently I was steered to a condition called Candida .....a massive yeast involvement. Google it and check out the symptoms. Mine matched fairly well. One of them is extensive food allergies....none of my doctors have ever had an answer for this up to this point. Then you have to decide on which way you want to approach getting rid of it. It's worth checking into. I'm not saying which way I went because I don't want you to think I'm part of an advertisement group. Good luck and go research.
