Kathi s right!   It may sound crazy, but exercise can also induce anaphylaxis in rare cases! According to the AAAAI, anaphylaxis may not happen after every workout or practice session. It may also only happen after eating certain foods before you exercise.   You've GOT to talk to your doctor about this right away. As Kathi said, anaphylaxis can be life threathening. The only treatment is a shot of epinephrine (EpiPen), which you should carry with you at all times if your doctor prescribes it.   You can read more about using EpiPens properly and about treating anaphylaxis on the site too.   Good luck!
