It's impossible for me to tell this for sure over the Web, but it sounds as though you could be having an allergic reaction to something in your bedroom. One allergen common to sleeping areas are dust mites, tiny organisms that feed on dust and often take up residence in bedding. But an allergist can give you a better idea if what you're experiencing is an allergic reaction and to what you might be allergic, if so.
