Hello Hosamani,

There are many over the counter medications available that help with the symptoms of allergies. There are also things you can do for your environment that will help.

You can read about allergies to mold, dander and dust in this overview of allergy causes.  This page outlines the best treatments, the first and foremost to remove the cause of the allergy.

"The best "treatment" is to avoid what causes the allergic symptoms in the first place. It may be impossible to completely avoid all allergens to which you are sensitive, but you can often take steps to reduce exposure."

While online sites like Health Central are great for getting the information you need to manage your health better, it can not take the place of a doctor's sound medical advice. If you think you are experiencing something serious, make sure you see your doctor right away.

Stay in touch and let us know if you find something that works for you!
