VACUUM EVERYTHING WITH A CLEANER THAT HAS A GOOD FILTRATION SYSTEM. OPEN WINDOWS/DOORS AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. SPRAY CARPETS/MATTRESS LIGHTLY AND WEEKLY WITH DILUTED DETTOL OR OTHER BRAND. TAKE ANTIHISTAMINE AND KEEP YOUR SKIN MOISTURISED IF YOUR ITCHY.
