Thank you for your question! No, Zyrtec-D does not contain any nonsteroidal inti-inflammatory medications. Zyrtec-D has two active ingredients, cetirizine and psuedoephedrine. Cetirizine is an antihistamine that works to relieve runny, itchy eyes, sneezing, and runny nose.
