Hi Rose,

Yes, Atrovent nasal spray is specifically designed to relieve a runny nose, though it will not do the same for other common nasal allergy symptoms such as stuffy nose or sneezing.

I've found that treating allergies is often a trial and error process. Different people respond differently to the same medications, so many times doctors just keep trying different things until the patient finds relief.

If Atrovent works for you, let your doctor know so he/she can update your records and give you a refill prescription as needed.

To your health,

Kathi
